A healing is needed...isn't it obvious!
I pray we as a species increase
our capacity to care for each other and the all of life
Let's consciously clean up, tend to our environment
and commit to wholesome paradigms of behavior
May we each consider focusing
our creative energies on solving
the most urgent issue before us
We have been given
a gorgeous planet
so rich and magical
Isn't it our responsibility
to treat her with holy respect,
and to wisely protect her and
all of her resources and beauty
Having been entrusted, aught we not,
(before she spits us out and shakes us off)
cooperate with the nature of mother nature
in ways that will restore her, benefit us
and all generations to come
May this mother of a blue planet
(this living breathing globe)
come to thrive in our hands
with the power of our love
