A Prayer a Day

Rising up from a sleep

I was dreaming deep

Something about

Saint Michael or Saint Jude

And some unexpected confusion or intrusion

I can not recall

After all dreams vanish so fast

Dreams only last

If you

live them

give them

share them

with another

a brother

a sister

a lover

I AM

awake now

to pray to say

“Let this day be a very good day for the planet,

for the children, for the animals, for the trees.”

“May the greatest love announce herself

and flow on the breeze

to mend the heart

of humanity.”
