A Prayer a Day

In the sacred stillness
of a moment, I am often awed
In silent meditation, I feel
ever so close to the real,
the true, the mystery
There are those glorious times
I wander into whirlpools of wonder
Sometimes my body /mind
taps into fearful threads
of the ego mortal me
And I take note !
To muse and deal
To face and heal
Most times I choose holy surrender
Embracing the grace of love's flow
Delighting in waves of the divine
