A Prayer a Day

The only place
I can see from to be
Is inside the body/mind
of this mortal me
Pray god, I am
Spirit guided/ spirit free
There is no other place for me to go
But within
each moment
to reap and sow
And what is... is... indeed
What's so... is so.. take heed
I muse and meditate with
every breath I am present to
Moving in and out love and light
(heartfelt) flowing through
It is clear to me I'm learning how
To live awakened in the here and now
