When I do not know what next to do, I do nothing

 I remain quiet and in a gentle state of stillness 

I listen and I grow my patience 

I notice the river of my thoughts flowing 

and I practice letting them move on 

I tune into my senses

I sharpen my perception

 I breathe deeply 

I wait

Eventually I realize which way to spin
