Involuntarily my heart beats 

my brain operates conducting

a multitude of complexities

my mind prioritizes

my blood flows 

I breathe

I digest

I grow new cells

My ancestral DNA rallies

I move I choose 

I muse I groove 

I sleep I dream

I willingly walk 

into the now 

into the magic 

into the everlasting unknown

As the days flow by again and again 

I am awed by the miracle of existence

And  holy amazed 

by the mystery 

of life itself
