A Prayer a Day

Holy Mother
Goddess of Grace
Grant me this moment an
even temperament, for life seems
to be accentuating with dramatic turbulence
and at times I feel to be going against its currents
Wake my body/mind into each new day to accept what is so,
with spirit skill to go with the flow
and to make a difference when
it is my turn to step up to
the plate of responsibility
And please, if you would,
heal and bless humanity
Restore humankind
into sanity
