A Prayer a Day

Obstacles before us.
What is it needs our knowing?
Sacred hearts implore us.
Oh keep love’s river flowing.
Ancient memories flooding.
We seek pure wisdom deep.
This world of ours a wonder.
Nature mother shakes our sleep.
Dreams of paradise.
Prayers of peaceful ways.
Life time after lifetime.
Awestruck and amazed.
We don’t know the answers
to oh so many things.
We pray to learn a craft or two
designing angel wings.
We pray our senses sharpen here.
We pray our eyes have seen.
We pray to touch with healing hands.
We pray our vision keen.
