A Prayer a Day

Every time I move my body through

space I am filled with gratitude 

 that I am able to walk. 

Each time I wake to the morning, 

 open my eyes and am able to see,

I am grateful that I have sight.

Every time I hear the chirping of wingeds,

 the voice of another, the melody of music,

 I am thankful that I can hear. 

And now I breathe in

And now I breathe out

 And I do not take this NOW for granted....Hardly!

I feel blessed 

Amen to all of life!
