Life flows on

I paint a picture

 I sing a song 

I hug a friend

 I still myself 

I watch spirit in me dance

I listen to the wisdom of the wind

 I take a breath

 I howl blessings

I pray to mitigate the madness in this world

I take a breath 

I chant for those who love me

I pray for all the peoples’ sufferings

I tap into the energies of creation

I  pray for a healing to occur in all minds

I seek a clear road out of ignorance

I lift 

my eyes

 to see

  way way

 through beyond

 ego me ego you
