sit

 eyes 

closed

thoughts

rumbling

and

 exploding

 in 

me

efforting

 to

 stake

limelight-claim

while

ego

 wrestles 

herself 

and

 spirit 

vibrates

waiting

patiently

And then it happens

All is quiet and I am lifted 

 with translucent wings in sepias light
