Today is yet another a day of change

For every day brings a new

I

 pray 

into

the

 let 

go 

of 

any

 and

 all

 fear

 of

 change

 Today I invite the 

unknown and the unfamiliar

 to enter the rooms of my heart 

and open me to the grace 

of transitions, that flow
 me through beginnings, 

middles and endings, 
with courage and acumen,

 into rivers of holy belonging, 

through time and space, 

with spirit gliding freely and the

 I AM that I AM 

being genuinely human
