A Prayer a Day

I pray to remain openhearted and
that my prayers are pleasing to spirit
that my prayers are pleasing to spirit
I pray that I may
make a holy difference
in this world contributing
into the lives of others
on pathways of kindness
Knowing thoughts and
words and actions affect
into the environment beyond
what mortal eyes can see
I feel it important to be vigilant
honing the quality of
the energy I fuel within
And so with compassion
I pray and meditate
refining
my
being
in
an
arena
of
sacred
mindfulness
