Body Mind Spirit

meant to be

 as one

 together

though 

somedays

 each seems 

off and running 

on its own accord

and the witness of me 

wonders and the soul of me aches 

wanting to retrieve and integrate

returning to thy sacred self

And so I pray 

And so I sing

And so I muse and meditate

And so I ring angelic chimes 
And chant in humbly holy posture

And so I dream of love and lover moments

 And so I dance to the divine of music

 And so I summon back my wholeness
