Change demands,
as we all experience
in our own ways, acceptance
and a practiced flexibility of heart.
Pray we hone the skill to bend and not resist,
when life takes sharp turns, and in a flash nothing is the same.
May we each grow with the least amount of struggle,
using just the perfect measure of needed muscle,
meeting the challenges placed before us, letting go the past
to receive the truth of the present, owning our
spiritual power and staying true to ourselves in heart and mind.
Let us summon our angelic selves and go forward
hand and hand with the energy of love and the eyes of light.
