A Prayer a Day

When I was a child time seemed an endless forever
Now time feels to move so fast...disappearing into the night
So many beloved ones have gone...while far too many souls
remaining on this sweet planet have been
driven literally out of their minds
disconnected from their bodies
paying little or no attention
to the sacred songs of their hearts
or the soft guiding voices of spirit
I pray
hard this day
that we may
collectively organize
our priorities, putting our
material reality in its proper place
repairing our earthly paradigms
waking ourselves onto
the wisest and deepest
and most truthful pathways
recognizing the glorious opportunities
we have been given to evolve
as light beings !
