A Prayer a Day

The great cry

 now in this world

 for courage and truth telling 

and spiritual muscle and compassion 

and kind hearted-ness and humility 

and integrity and dignified behavior 

and generosity of soul and selflessness 

and a willingness to let go and flow collectively

 into the vibrations of the goddess

 and the sacredness of nature

 grows with dire urgency

And so I pray

that the breath of the sacred 

breathe me and breathe thee

and divine seeds of authenticity

spread to flourish across the land

waking the heart of humanity

caring for each other

 and our mother planet
