Long ago and far away

the only reality

was and still is …. the NOW

NOW is where everything gets done

Where the seeds of tomorrow are laid to grow

NOW is where the problems get solved

Where consciousness lives

Even if we attempt

to run away from

the “what’s so”

NOW remains before us

BEING

HERE NOW

It is the only way to be

The only place we can be

Let us face the NOW to see

NOW is loyal to the moment

NOW is where the truth lies

NOW is what we are breathing
