The unexpected pounces out of
nowhere..?.somewhere.?... ongoingly!
Change rushes in suddenly
with overwhelming intensity
penetrating our mortal lives
demanding conscious response
We do not know why or when
we might have to jump
or leap or let go
Some might say that the collective key to accessing
a wholesome degree of sanity and balance in these turbulent times, lies in developing a flexibility of mind, body and spirit, using the sacred tools of mindfulness and meditative practices, soulfully connecting to our inner wisdom seeded in each of us
