within ,even when
chaotic active energy
leaps its vibrations
by our awareness
Oh to stay quiet
within, even when
the world roars
in sounds
of ear
shattering
volume
Oh to find peace within
even when there is so much
discord resonating around us
Oh to the art of meditation
Oh to the art of mindfulness
Oh to the art of remembering
who we truly are in spirit
