Ah! Air!
A delightful inbound
cooling breath
of fresh
air
I am with gratitude
that by the grace of this body-mine, vital oxygen
rushes into my lungs to nurture every part of me.
I do not this day, take for granted the active miracle of being in human form.
I prayerfully honor this vehicle, called my body, that carries my spirit, gives me vision , sound, taste, textures, touch and walks me
around on this stellar mother of a planet.
To the heavens and to the earth
I bow in humble respect to the gift of life.
May I use it creatively well.
