Holy arting
Mindful river rolling by
Awake with every inhalation
Released with every exhalation
 By and by time slows down
By and by inspiration rolls ‘round
By and by my soul refreshes
By and by the divine of me expresses
 By and by my earthly worries fall
By and by
I AM restored
in the arms of
 the mother/father all
