Is it simply a matter of get up and go
One toe then another
One note at a time
Leading with acts of kindness
Sharing pure gestures of love
Guided by the vibrations of spirit within
To realize a refinement of hearts
For the re-visiting of our innocence
For the refueling of our souls
For the intake of more light
