A Prayer a Day

I am most comfortable in my skin,
when I am true to myself…I believe we all are.
May we each summon the courage and the
spiritual muscle to be our true selves, faithfully.
Knowing it takes deep work when
self searching and seeking
to locate the real in us.
Meditation and mindful musing
often being the tools we use in the
artful discipline of self discovery.
Some days we may be ever so pleasing
to others being true to ourselves.
Other days we may walk
into storms of resistance.
No matter… let us effort to stay true to ourselves.
Standing in the belief that being true is best.
And best it is for us to live in our truth!
