A lifetime seems to go by in a minute
Yet a minute can feel like a lifetime
Perceptions perceptions
May the grace of the goddess guide my vision
that I may see clearly all that is before me
Sensing wholesomely what walks behind
Awake in stride to reality's side to side
Awareness is what I'm asking for
Pure and true awareness
That I might go forward
with eyes, heart, ears
body and spirit
open to the gift
of now
