Truly, no-thing lasts forever
Everything and everyone disappears
Sooner or later we find ourselves
to be traveling onward
No doubt,in my mind,
to be traveling onward toward
the next leg of the great cosmic journey
Taking that fateful necessary leap
into other places other spaces
Having had the privilege
of being a part of the history
Having been given the gift of breath
Able to inhale the mortal magic
Having played a part in the mystery
Having grown in the living pleasure
Having realized and shared life’s treasure
