Praying without umbrellas in the pouring rain
Knowing it was selflessness that saved us from insane
Forgiving one another…dissolving all the blame
As the heavens opened up
As the angels blessed our names
As the goddess came to heal our hearts
As spirit's light raised its flame
Life would never be the same
It was then we were awakened true
Into love… the sacred alchemy we brew
