There is someone suffering this moment,

let us pray from our hearts for them.

There is celebration happening some place,

to that event let us offer our  joy.

There’s  another problem to solve,

let us be the informed souls to solve it.

Today let us pray for the answers we need,

indeed having asked the right questions.

Today  may we  join a collective  vibration

 to circle the globe effectively soothing all of humanity.

Let us embrace those whose dreams have been shattered,

that they be healed with miracles to come.

May we understand more of ourselves through actions of loving each other.

May we forgive every error with compassionate minds.

May our capacity to give widen and deepen.

May we harness our egos and expand our perceptions.

May we seek to be angels who carry the light.

May our lives become blissful and our efforts divine.

May each and everyone of us stay safe in any storm.

 May we tune into our intuition and use our natural instincts.

May we ready ourselves to act with skillful acumen available to assist.

May we be protected by the sacred and all of our angels.

May every animal be held in high regard.

May we each have access to our inner stillness with

an increased clarity when challenged in mortal turbulance.

May we remain quick witted and receptive in the throws of sudden change.

May the rivers and oceans and mountains and bridges and houses and cities and trees and fishes and  birds and all of gods creatures be embraced by the light of all that is holy and made safe when faced with the jagged edges of circumstances.

May humanity realize NOW  how vitally important harmlessness and right action is to our very survival in dealing with nature and each other.

May we cease any and all materialistic destructive behavior.

May we remember that we are the stewards

of this blue planet and she is

in equal measure with our courage and wisdom.

May we each use our energy essences and our unique skill sets

 our sacred evolution and our spiritual enlightenment.

Deep spaces signal...vibrations within

Kind faces tracing brothers and kin

Precious this life

As mothers begin you

Wheels keep on turning

Changes continue

Maybe I’ve taken life’s road for a reason

Maybe I’ve come to this world just to be me

And when my given moments are done

Life is short... relative to eternity.
Thinking about this
 I wish to live every moment
 here on Earth with vim and vigor.
Well, I am finding… this is not always easily the case.
Some days i lag far behind.
Somedays i am champing at the bit... pregnant with spirit.
I say balance… balance… balance.
I ask of the sweet goddess in me..humbly.
How do I achieve what is necessary in order
 to sustain a blossomed ,balanced, artistically expressed life?
 How do I let go of what is no longer necessary?
I hear …
Your doing requires compassionate sensitivity,
a Christlike awareness, an investigation of Buddha knowledge,
along with every other ancient speck of wisdom you can gather and share.
Use prayers, exercise, meditation, companionship, study, courage, patience,deep stillness and an enormous amount of laughter.

Today I pray for parents who have lost their children.
May a caldron of grace catch their tears.
Today I send prayers into the hearts of children who have been orphaned.
May angels comfort their every footstep.
I wish the heaviness of suffering in this world
 to be lightened and that an organic joy permeate the globe.
I pray that even temperaments and clear
headed thinking grow stronger in each of us.
May the mean spirited come to their senses and relax their harshness.
I pray we come to learn as human family to serve a higher vision.
I pray we deepen our collective capacity to love.

And why might we be sad ?

Because our sacred dreams are not coming true.

 Because humans can be oh so cruel.

Because nature is being abused by mortals.

Because the powerful are exploiting the less fortunate.

Because common sense is not so common.

 Because fixed beliefs nail feet to the floor.

Because  greed freezes hearts.

Because fear holds on to ego.

Because humanity is taking its sweet time waking up.

Let’s pray to see a better way.

Let’s nurture our own wisdom seeds for miracles.

Let’s declare we are at a new beginning.

May the spirit and our inner masters lead us to our clarity.

May we design wholesome wholly relationships in our lives.

May we foster peaceful healing energies for each other.

May we offer hands of strength and guide

each other into paradigms of conscious doing.

May we stand to recognize our divine assignment.

 May we come together and grow as realized beings.

Tomorrow will soon become Now.

Now will soon become the past.

Mortal perceptions move backwards, forwards, in, out, up and down.

Life is fleeting…yet a minute can feel interminable, relative to what is happening, for example, if I were in the ring with a professional

 boxer…. nano seconds would certainly stretch themselves into an exaggerated tooooo loooong…. tooooo muuuuucchhhh reality!

I do prefer to be present every moment, though I get mentally distracted on-goingly.

Who doesn’t?

 One minute I am right here, the next minute I am floating

in yesteryears, and the next instant I am wandering

and dreaming somewhere in the land of the future.

I am however determined to keep calling

myself back to now, for it is where life truly happens.

Now is the place and the space where everything is seeded from.

All else lives in our imaginings.

May I live and love awake to every moment given

and stay present to the best of my practiced skill, so I

can fertilize tomorrows with deeds of conscious doing,

living in the now as an inspired being.

A workshop intending for you to swim with a greater
freedom in the river of your artistic expression

In The Land of No Punishment

everyone is fed, housed and clothed

No one is abused

Everyone lives nurturing creative energies

for laughter and dance and twirling freely

 and gleefully though space and time

No one is afraid to die

Everyone shares what they have gladly in kindness, holding

great respect for the mother planet and all aspects of nature

Tears are indeed considered sacred prayer

Angels are encouraged to communicate

Children are tenderly cared for

Spirit is honored above all else

Everyone is seen for who they truly are

Masks of ego are no longer used

There is no need for prisons

There is no impulse toward crime

Love is the valued currency

Light is the medicine of healing

Dis-ease is a rare and temporary thing

Singing is the daily practice
