As I drop into silence this day
I hear the sweetest bird singing
outside my window and I feel real love
As I close my eyes I am
comforted in the ah of stillness,
floating in the authenticity of my being
As I listen to the quiet I am fortified in spirit
Richer for the sharing and caring of hearts
Praying, grateful for this blue planet
and every divine brother and sister
