A Prayer a Day

Loving ourselves is the most
valuable gift we can bestow upon humanity.
For without self love shadows selves
can become dangerously harmful.
Taking conscious care of ourselves breeds
clean energy fields for humane interactions.
Today I pray that we each set forth on
a journey of personal exploration to unearth
the motivating unconscious...the hidden of self.
May we wash away our toxic impulses.
May we each work to nurture our integrity.
May our god within heal us all.
May hearts be joyful and spirits glow their brightest light.
May our prayers heal the wounded ones around this globe.
May mankind's actions seed brotherhood and kindness.
May the legends of saints lead us to the mountain top.
