What a prize each beating heart
What a gift is every breath
Names are floating in my head
Of those through time that I have met
Some dear ones remain true blue
Others called to seek a new
Pray we all to understand
The truth that speaks
I AM that I AM
We are part of all that is
Reflections of what spirit gives
It helps to love to laugh to chance
To let the grace within us dance
The soul of us is that which matters
Forgiveness mends what ego shatters
A life of purpose invites will’s daring
Facing into winds of caring
Intend vibration waves toward healing
Wisdom act all human dealing
Light is what our bloods made of
