"Flow of The Tao"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

 "Flow of the Tao"
Marjorie Lipari©2011

A Prayer a Day
11/30/11

Who will we be tomorrow
Who knows the flow of the tao

In grace shall our bodies continue
Let blessings rain on us now

Soul’s magic is strong
Spirit’s miracles many
Let integrity choose
An intention of plenty

If you be my sister and I be your brother
Then isn’t it natural that we so love one another

"Let Go Let God"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

"Let Go Let God"
(Zoom where out of Here)
Marjorie Lipari©1988

A Prayer a Day
11/29/11

“Let go let god” we hear said over and over again.
Releasing the life force in the direction it is meant to flow.
I pray this day to free my authentic self of all false
and/or oppressive scenarios, letting go and letting the god within me, within you,
that is every where, in every living-breathing thing, to elegantly thrive.

Within the heart of me
I meet the soul of me
I surrender to the ancient voices
Offering daily high minded choices

I AM that I AM
Human yet Sacred
Come to experience
to expand- to express- to fully Be.
I am here to learn- to practice- to share - love and only love.
May I wisely and simply live this paradigm of mortal form.
Praying some day I shall/you shall return to pure light.

"Mortal Play"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

"Mortal Play"
Marjorie Lipari©1990

A Prayer a Day
11/28/11
We are openhearted witnesses to god’s eminent domain.
Water glistening, currents flowing, giving drink to feed the chain.
We are whollyhearted, sacred soldiers, loyal to the dove.
With inspired skillful instincts.
Tender gentle hands to glove.

Elevated, celebrated, graceful touch of zen.
Beaming, dreaming, light divine, born to earth again.

What for we ask ?

What is the task ?

What words are we to say ?

Each day in wonder.

We knuckle under.

To refine this mortal play.

Humbly,

A Prayer a Day
11/26/11
Offering cups
 Nurturing needs
Winds’ open sails
Carrying seeds
Passed egos’ borders
Light bearing leads
Reflect upon waters
High minded deeds
Look to the mountains
Learn from the trees
Mystical elves
Put angels at ease

 "Oh Firmament"
Marjorie Lipari©1993

A Prayer a Day
11/25/11
Father Sun is shinning
 with elegance today
Happy body minds
 catching rainbow’s ray
Mother Moon eclipsing solar
glowing now anew
Mercury now retrograde
its’ influence felt three weeks through
Oh wonderment
Oh firmament
We can’t but notice you
Oh stars above
Oh lights of love
Umbrellas’  hue
Each days’ adieu

"To Be Thankful"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

"To Be Thankful"
Marjorie Lipari©1988

A Prayer a Day
11/24/11

Let’s refine and distill…. filling cups of goodwill
Its a pity in the city when bells have stopped their ringing
And the city gets so gritty when souls have stopped their singing
Tree leaves dancing…swaying colors…. gracing light upon our eyes
Earthly praying…childlike playing….kissing early morning skies

To be thankful
To be human
To be healthy
To be free
We are dealing
We are reeling
Tender mortal memory
Give us wisdom
Give us sanctuary
Give us time and space to be
Lift us higher...inner fire
Grateful hearts
Now hold the key

"Open-Flow"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

"Open-Flow"
Marjorie Lipari©1995

A Prayer a Day
11/23/11
Holiday season once again encourages our focus.
What are we to focus our attentions upon ?
What is it that rouses motivation inside our collective head?
Can we design a more wholesome life for everyone?
Is peaceful living reachable or just a fairytale hologram ?
Harmonious solutions ideally were not meant to
 be achieved through aggressive actions.
I pray we oil with intelligence our internal gears of inspiration.
Let us remove the fears from each others hearts and wipe the tears from the eyes of our children.
We in truth are capable of godlike living and miraculous manifestations.
I pray we lift our vibrations and let in the brightest of light.
May we choose this day a path of spiritual learning and sacred practice.
May we melt our fixed beliefs and rigid thinking and allow ourselves to open- flow in the currents of NOW, receiving the truth in each moment born.
And saying:
I promise to begin anew.
To extend my light to you.
To walk a path of gentle love.
To nurture now life’s holy dove.

"Pardon Me,The Rock of Whom?"
Marjorie Lipari©1995

A Prayer a Day
11/22/11
Oh heart of mine beat in time
with the rhythm of this granite planet
That my soul shall shine her life bright
to linger in the holy of god’s starlight
Courage me as I traverse
emotions’ landscapes
lovers’ verse
Give me grace of spirit
 anchored
at the isles of good hope
Proffer now the human family
healing hands and sacred rope

"True Blue"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

 "TRUE BLUE"
Marjorie Lipari©1995

A Prayer a Day
11/21/11

The light of day felt healing to my very core today
as I walked the neighborhood to meet a dear friend.

A generous dear friend.

I am grateful for the love
and support that my family of friends provide.

My life is wholly rich for their presence.

May I be always true blue to them.

I pray that we are forever free to be ourselves in each others company.

I realize it takes a brave heart to surrender into one’s truth
and to remain loyal to it through out one’s life.

I have come to realize that the most fruitful relationships require a depth of honesty that is not about pleasing each other, but rather about  showing up as a whole and vibrant entity willing to participate, exchange energy and ideas and mutually serve the best in each other.

Sometimes the interactions are comfortable, sometimes not.

I hold that with respect and courage in being one’s masque-less-self
we propagate the value in our relationships.

May we encourage each other to be ourselves
and to abundantly thrive and grow in spirit.

"Get Back Home"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

 "Get Back Home"
Marjorie Lipari©1993

A Prayer a Day
11/20/11
There are so many ways to get back home inside the imagination.

Though we can never recreate the past,we can visit it in memory.

So many places, so very many faces, so many traces of love and deep feelings can and do surface time and again in all of us.

The first car , the first kiss, the first heartbreak.

Memory is an amazing thing embracing a long ago special moment.

But not so when what we would rather not see again comes slipping into our minds eye unwanted and disruptive to us.

But perhaps taking another look and see brings with it an instructive tool.

I pray today that we are willing to make necessary corrections, to realize skillfully how to negotiate with our weakest links.

I pray we exercise extended compassion in all our earthly dealings.

May we know to simplify and to see the truth in ourselves and handle with grace what is placed before us now.

May we not run from the tasks at hand and may we never be afraid to ask each other for assistance when challenges are too much to deal with alone.

Free us each of excessive pride and ego.

And let the monster of mean spirited-ness be tamed and transformed into a natural kindness beating gently in the heart of humanity.

"We've Got Choices"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

 "We've Got Choices"
Marjorie Lipari©1989
A Prayer a Day
11/19/11

We’ve  got choices
We’ve got voices
We can speak yes
We can speak no
We can go fast
We can go slow

Life is a one foot in front of another sacred contract
We are responsible for the ways in which we act

As I do to you
As you do to me

The more conscious  we are
The more peaceful we’ll be

The more love in our lives
The more truth we will see

"Another Step"
Marjorie Lipari©2011

A Prayer a Day
11/18/11

Let  the nature of your spirit lead the way.
Let not your pride block the mending of a true friendship.
Hesitate not an expression of kindness.
As you lift your eyes toward the morning horizon,
be grateful inhaling the fresh air of a new day.
Avoid the habit of being too busy.
Sing every single note of your life’s song
divinely inspired by the passion of your heart.
When you think you have traveled far enough for love
take another, then another, then another, then another step.
There is so much we do not know as of yet ,and that is the gift,
that is the sirens' sacred call into tomorrows journey .
How compelling the mysteries mystical.
How fertile the grounds of the unseen realms.

" Love Is The Only Sanity"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

 "Love Is the Only Sanity"
Marjorie Lipari©1995

A Prayer a Day
11/17/11

Love is the only sanity.
Loveless action ultimately damages all it touches.
The irony is love is what we all so wholly need in order to thrive.
It is what every mortal naturally desires, beyond every facade.
Making others the bad and wrong enemy, in never-ending aggressive cycles of  repeated misgivings, while chronically reliving ego driven perceptions,
only finds us spinning our emotional wheels, inevitably
resulting in ongoing dynamic crashes of  the collective heart and mind,
blinding us with impossible paradigms of illusion.
Though this is a so called modern way of living, for having made all sorts of advances, we seem to remain loyally locked into primitive reflexes.
May we cease using “god” to justify our shadows’ behavior.
God has nothing to do with our craziness.
I summon our innocence this day in prayer,
asking that our vision be restored.
Remembering we are here together for good soulful reason.
We are each a part of  the grand source of intelligent life.
I beseech the powers that be, to now lend a gentle helping hand
for a guided correction, mapping our wholesome return to love.

Reminder Musing With Mudra Nov. 19th

Musing With Mudra...A Creativity Salon

We look to reflect upon our world
to speak of beauty and the emotions
 swirling through our veins.
We are the ones who seek to see, the ones
who wish to give and live a fuller brighter sight.
We are the ones who travel through the night
who meet the shadows call and face the fears
that slow our footsteps down.
Then turn around to say goodbye to past mistakes
and keep on going forward, toward the inner realms
the heart of wisdom, musing, choosing tools,
 creating works of art.

"Compassion Grows Us"
Marjorie Lipari©1988

A Prayer a Day
11/16/11

Stormy cold winter weather
No doubt is on the way
We all need a home and shelter
A place where we can stay
Protection under cover
A secure and sacred tent
A way to make a living
A wage to pay the rent
All the news we see
On every day TV
Nothing’s easy
Life’s not breezy
Strength of hearts shall be
We can’t deny the mortal call
Compassion grows us one and all

"Without Motive"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

"Without Motive"
Marjorie Lipari©2011

A Prayer a Day
11/15/11

It hurts to hear a child crying, as I sit here at my computer
listening to a young one in high complaint for not getting his way,
as his adult is refusing him fulfillment of his desire strolling by my window.

We all cry over refusals, either covertly or right in the open.

Everyone wants
Everyone needs
 Everyone struggles

Everyone reaches for their gold ring...one time or another.

My desire this day is to find the balance in it all.

I wish to give myself the nurturing I require,
as a conscious being, and to act as
a conscious nurturer to others
in proper proportion.

Not too much.
Never too little.

May I know when to express my concerns, without motive
and when to remain neutral so as to allow others to grow through
their process….be it painful or not.

May I temper the impulses in me to interfere, out of a desire to protect my comfort.

Letting life live me.  Letting me live life.

Letting life live all of us. Letting all of us live life.

"Earthly Home"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2011

"Earthly Home"
Marjorie Lipari©1991

A Prayer a Day
11/14/11
There is nothing superficial about our relationship
with mother nature and there is nothing about mother nature that we are not affecting or being affected by, every moment of our lives.

We must thoughtfully consider our actions with this grand life force, that we are meant to be responsibly sharing along with all other living beings.

We are not the only ones who need clean air
and fresh water and the room to grow
and thrive in freedom.

Though humanity seems to be insisting on being the one in charge, possessing more and more space, and creating more and more material “stuff”
that in the long run will be proven
to matter least of all.

Inevitably, we each shall depart
this reality without worldly goods.

We shall leave this blue planet as we arrived,
empty handed and naked.

Pray that we shall release the wanting
of what we do not need.

Pray that we shall recognize the value and purpose
that has us cohabiting this earth with so many other species.

Let us walk more gently, that our footprints shall do less and less...to no damage at all.

May we know to live in harmless harmony
with this beautiful planet, our earthly home.

A Prayer a Day
11/13/11

Make a wish - let it go

Say a prayer - let it grow

Live this life - to reap and sow

Go deep - your mind - hone your wits

Try on a dream - until it fits

Laugh and sing - heart strong and feel

Lay down your love - this earth to heal

 "Mountain God"
Marjorie Lipari©1991

A Prayer a Day
11/12/11

If we must live a story let us make it a good story.
If we must believe in anything let us  believe in ourselves.
If we must resist something let us resist loveless-ness.
Let us put our efforts into worthy causes
attaching our compassion to all our actions.
Forgetting not our dreams.
Neglecting not our tenderness.
Let our children remind us of what matters most.
May openhearted-ness have us this day
resonating in concert with the celestial hierarchy.
In this moment let us invoke the sacred vibrations
 of the archangels
 Gabriel
 Uriel
Michael
 Raphael
 Let us collectively and unconditionally
invite divine spirits of  prophecy,
 light, protection and healing to
 inform the soul of humanity.

"Lying In The Dark Feeling All The Heat"
Marjorie Lipari©1990

A Prayer a Day
11/11/11

We beckon to the ones beyond all knowing.
Shine your light upon us this day.
Oh great illuminator.
Oh distant star of beauty.
Guide humankind deeper into
the freedom found only in an open loving heart.
May we all and each feel to contribute to
the vibrations of a universal harmony.
May we ride on sanctified waves of divinity,
 wisdom’s pleasure and compassion’s skill.
May we carry the tools of enlightenment
in our thought forms to echo the unknown and to
 issue forth the healing power
of infinite intelligence.
Calling to the masters of all that is and all that is yet to be to minister to the awakening
of every mortal.
Let no falsehood be left unrealized.
Let no truth be left unlearned.
Let no soul be left behind.
