Thank you to every yesterday

Welcoming the gift of today

Blessings to all tomorrows

Loving life

Living with gratitude

For each breath taken

For every beat of my heart

For every touch of spirit

For friendships and acquaintances

For the strangers I meet along the way

For the children, the animals, the trees,

the breezes that so please this mortal body,

for the birds, the rainbows, the clouds,

the rising of father sun and every phase of mother moon

I am in awe of existence herself!
