Feet on the ground…check
Eyes open, mind sharp…check
Ears attentively listening…check
Heart beating, lungs breathing…check
Ok! What is this reality before me?
May I hone an accuracy of perception
May I skillfully locate the truth of the matter
May the fog lift and the confusion clear
May the better angels of all of us gather
together purposefully and creatively
And may the deepest of healings
occur within all arenas of humankind
May the truth( in all honesty) be sown!
