Life is the best idea ever!
Being alive, feeling the rush of air across my face.
Hearing the sound of my own heart beating.
Wow! What loyal consistency is this pulse,
this body mine, with all these yummy senses.
Loving my mind and its imagination.
Honoring my spirit , as she so softly speaks
And I... with inspired enthusiasm...in stillness,
choose to listen.
Day after day
I have been given
You have been given
We have been given
An awesome gift...the breath of life
With gratitude I thank the Great Creator
