A Prayer a Day

For those who
have been taken away so
suddenly from us and this earth plane
Without warning
Without tenderness
Without the comforting kiss of goodbye
May love and light carry them back home
And angels of mercy guide them
gracefully and fearlessly to the land of peace
And may they once again unite with the source
of all that is pure of heart to be wholly welcomed
at the sacred table of belonging
Amen!
