A Prayer a Day

Gather a group of friends in a room and notice
that the top shelf desired emotion
demonstrated in most cases is love.
People want to be loved and to share their love
with one another, it is our innocent and natural tendency.
I’ve witnessed it time and time again.
Any departure from this impulse to love is usually
brought on by mental distortions and over stimulated
minds, disconnected from the true self.
WE.... when heart centered....are magnificent creatures!
WE....when overloaded with mental energy and ego excess
run amok!
Formula for love, as I see it .....is:
staying in touch with our innate and original selves,
as caring, empathetic and basically kind critters.
When we pay attention to our organic
selves we often manifest as sacred elves.
So Be It!
