A Prayer a Day

Muscle up to your days.
Live each day in honor of all your yesterdays.
With courage realize further those parts of yourself
that up until this moment you dared not touch upon.
Trust the whispering of your wisdom
as it invites you to explore.
With a steady mind and a steady body walk
the mortal ROAD with all the grace that’s in you.
Be brave and true as you merge
into and express the deeper self of you.
Look into the face of your spirit.
Hear the voice of your teacher soul.
Be still in peaceful surrender.
Know the splendor of your being.
Show yourself as a bright light sharing
all the love of you with this world.
